Shipping and Handling Charges
The cost of shipping is determined by the total weight of your order within the 48 continental US states. Your shipping cost is calculated before you complete your order so you will know what it is. At this time, no international shipping is available.

Shipping Your Online Order
Most orders will ship within 3 business days. If you would like to insure your item or have any other special shipping needs, please note these in the comments box on the order page, or reply to confirmation email with any special instructions.

Product Return Policy

You may return items purchased from AM Glass Studio, LLC within 30 days of delivery in new condition with original packaging and accessories for a full refund less shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, we will also pay the return shipping.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description of the problem. We will give your item top priority and make sure we either fix the problem or replace the item free of charge including the return shipping cost.
